Of samurai family lineage, Obata Toshishiro left Japan for the USA in 1980 and worked out the system of Shinkendo – Japanese Swordsmanship. Mr Obata was an action choreographer and also starred in several Hollywood movies such as Showdown in Little Tokyo, Blue Tiger and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Today Mr Obata has thousands of students worldwide. This documentary is about Obata Kaiso’s Hungarian students who have been practicing the ancient martial arts techniques for over 20 years.
